Job Title: Vice President (M&A Advisory)

Location: Mumbai - Lower Parel

Qualification: MBA / CA

Job Description:

- Experience of relevant financial products.

- Experience of Corporate mergers & acquisitions.

- Proven knowledge of data analysis and due diligence.

- Well-versed with preparation of financial model, business plan etc:

- To have good analytical & research skills.

- Highly developed organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A high level of presenting skills. This includes developing presentation content as well as carrying out presentations.

Desired Profile:

1. A candidate should have an Origination exposure as well as M&A Advisory exposure for Corporate.

2. Exposure to any sector will be considered ; BFSI sector M&A Advisory will be preferred.
