Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Development Head to lead the development and execution of the Company's growth strategy. This position will evaluate and execute PE / IPO / acquisitions initiatives to drive corporate growth and profitability. The individual will work directly with Executive Leadership. Responsibility : - Evaluate, Strategize and execute the company funding needs through the private equity and IPO - Lead M&A strategy and execution; lead deal sourcing, diligence, negotiations and integration - Conduct and present research to Executive Leadership on new growth opportunities, external M&A activity and risks to company - Establish and maintain relationship with Analyst, industry, trade and professional organizations to enhance visibility of the company in the market place - Extensive financial modelling including sensitivity analysis to support potential investors or investment opportunities - Prepare and maintain the company Investment Memorandum to facilitate the potential investors and M&A - Organize and conduct initial due diligence on potential targets - Work collaboratively with Business, Technology & Corporate functions to ensure successful closing of the identified opportunities - Monitor & advise on Company & financial performance to achieve the desired targets Skills & Qualification : - Around 20yrs experience - 10+years in the corporate development domain - MBA with finance from premium college - Private Equity, IPO, M&A experience - Exceptional analytical, strategic and critical thinking skills essential - Executed international deals, minimum around 100 Mn$ deal size - Worked with top international investment bankers - Technology/Engineering graduation additional advantage - Demonstrated success working both independently and in highly collaborative environments
