Vice President - Corporate Communications - BFS (12-20 yrs)
- The role responsibilities include creating and managing external and internal content, and messaging at a Group level to support brand image and reputation through print, digital and verbal channels
- The scope of the role includes protecting, enhancing, managing and quality control of branding and communication for the group, coordinating with different marketing teams across businesses, event management/support, handling external communications- awards, associations, and sponsorship, ensuring guidelines for Group and Business Group communication is followed as well as being the internal brand custodian and authority for brand usage across the Group.
- Managing and updating the corporate website gateway to all sites of the Group, intranet,
- Induction of brand guidelines and internal usage, and communication protocols across the Group.
- Supervising, guiding and briefing all involved parties to create compelling content and messaging
- Developing and implementing a communication strategy which is in sync with the overall business strategy
- Handling executive and leadership communication
- Handling internal communications
- Working with stakeholders on communications advice and execution, to promote and protect the brand
- Handling external communications - awards, associations, and sponsorship
- Ideating, planning, and supporting events- teams for strategy, consistency & impact of communication for events such as R&R, leadership events, off-sites, employee engagement and investor conferences/camps
- Managing recruitment marketing for the Group
- Employee engagement campaigns
- Handling content management for social media
- Collaborating with Marketing & PR teams for synergistic content
- Managing and updating Corporate Website and Group Intranet
