The role requires handling large scale HR outsourcing spread, across geographies, across multiple services including large scale hiring and running RPO. 2. Need to manage and build client relationship and ensure timelines are met across multiple wide gamut of services 3. Managing multiple vendors for multiple services, quality assurance and problem resolution within strict deadlines. 4. Managing internal teams and multiple stakeholders. 5. Ensuring on time delivery of quality results, payments and commercial targets The Candidate Details: 1. Age : 45 to 50 years 2. BE / MBA 3. Must have handled P &amp; L 4. Should have worked with large system driven organizations handling multiple projects 5. Handling a Business HR / TA roles at national level. 6. Handled large scale recruitments nationally - 2000+. 7. Been a National Business HR Head / TA Head of people centric / nationally spread organization 8. Corporate or Business Head role in a large HR Services organization 9. Should be comfortable in developing and managing multiple processes and vendors 10. Should be very tech &amp; system savvy. 11.
