The Role / Job Description:

1. The role requires handling large scale HR outsourcing spread, across geographies, across multiple services including large scale hiring and running RPO.

2. Need to manage and build client relationship and ensure timelines are met across multiple wide gamut of services

3. Managing multiple vendors for multiple services, quality assurance and problem resolution within strict deadlines.

4. Managing internal teams and multiple stakeholders.

5. Ensuring on time delivery of quality results, payments and commercial targets

6. Handling Business HR/TA roles at national level

The Candidate Details:

1. Age : 45 - 50 years

2. BE / MBA

3. Overall Experience : 20 to 30 yrs

4. Handled large scale recruitments nationally

5. Should be comfortable in developing and managing multiple processes and vendors

6. Should have worked with large system driven organizations handling multiple projects

7. Have been National Business HR Head / TA Head

8. Should be very tech & system savvy.

9. Good people skills
