Role And Responsibilities
As the Vice President supporting the COO - Global Finance you will be responsible to
- Support the COO team by providing operational oversight for Business Management, transformation and change activities.
- Ensure delivery of cost commitments and Organization programmes
- Providing an effective and efficient interface between the Global COO, Business Management functions and local teams
- Provide local support for on time and on budget delivery of change programs
- Monitor, Report and provide oversight to any delegated approval authority
- Provide MI required for key management decisions both on pre-agreed metrics as well as adhoc requirements including financial, HC, infrastructure etc.
Essential Criteria
To be eligible for this role you will need to have
- A post graduation degree or MBA in Finance or equivalent.
- 10 to 18 years of total work experience
- Experience of Process Management, Business Management and cost/FTE management
- COO/Operational and/or Business Management Experience
- Experience in defining and executing change including Driving CI and innovation
- Experience in developing others & Enabling high performance
