Vice President - Control Assurance - BFSI - CA (10-15 yrs)
Title: Vice President - Control Assurance( Business Operational Risk Mgmt).
Qualification: CA
i. We are looking for an experienced Auditor/ Assurance Manager to join the Business Operational Risk Mgmt team in the Risk Management group at Gurugam location.
ii. This team is responsible for embedding the Operational Risk Management Framework in RMG's Division. including market risk, credit risk, compliance risk, operation risk, and behavioral risk.
iii. As part of this team, you will be responsible for developing and executing an assurance program covering key risk management activities in a Global Organisation.
- This includes gaining a thorough understanding of the operational risks in the risk management framework, developing a comprehensive assurance programme to review the effectiveness of the controls as well as working with management to identify opportunities for improvement.
iv. Lead or assist with conducting assessments of the quality and effectiveness of the internal control framework, risk management and goverance systems to proactively identify areas of inconsistent application or opportunities for improvement.
v. Perform ad-hoc deep dives into specific risks areas.
vi, Record assurance outcomes in the GRC system.
vii. Working collaboratively with management, stakeholders, Process owners, and the RMG Business Operational Risk manager team to perform operational assessments and design a risk-based assurance program.
