Vice President - Contracts - Residential Projects

- Monitoring non-performing vendors and initiate contractual actions

- Claims management, in coordination with Projects/ SCM Leads and Engineering wherever required.

- Support legal department on matters relating to vendor/ contractor disputes.

- Experience in Contracts Management.

- Hands-on experience on delay analysis.

- Comprehensive knowledge about the industry and legal awareness (including Arbitration & Conciliation Act; Indian Contract Act etc.

- Commercial acumen w.r.t. Taxation will be an added advantage.

- Familiar with FIDIC conditions of contract

- Familiar with INCO terms

- Drafting Contracts.

- Candidate must have experience into contracts and administration in residential projects in contracting firms.
