Responsibilities :-
- Drive process improvements and innovation
- Create a risk free & operational experience culture
- Interpret business requirements into design solutions
- Understand the design and development of the project lifecycle
- Creation and maintenance of system, functional and reference documentation.
- Conduct analysis and recommend bug fixes for production incidents
- Provide On-call support & root cause identification of incidents
- Carry out daily health-check activities involving application checks, system checks, and database checks and related on production systems / servers
- Report root cause of the incidents and present ideas on how to prevent the incidents from occurring in future
- Ensure adherence to incident and change management processes
- Regular engagement with Business, Support partners & Systems Teams looking to adopt and apply the best practice of Service Support
- Dashboards & reporting to Stateside & GDCE leadership, driving business reviews
- Relationship management with Stateside & GDCE stakeholders
- Engage in minor ad hoc development projects focusing on process re-engineering and improvement
Mandatory Skills :-
- 18+ years of experience in Development/Testing and Production Services preferably Online experience
- Strong business domain / Functional knowledge of Production Services
- Work with senior mgmt & stakeholders to identify problems, suggest solution and implement improvements.
- Ability to communicate and influence global stakeholders in a fast paced operating environment
- Hands-on problem solving skills with prior development background
- Working knowledge of multiple technologies - J2EE or .Net, Mainframe, RDBMS/Hadoop
- Strong experience in driving intelligent automation leveraging RPA, AI/ML
Preferred Skills :-
- Customer Experience preferably in Retail or Banking background
- Knowledge of high throughput transaction processing platform
- Intelligent Automation tool-kit - RPA & AI/ML
- Dev/Ops - Continuous Integration and Delivery
- Monitoring & Performance tools - Loadrunner, AppDynamics, Sonar
- Understanding of Infrastructure Optimization, MIcroservices and Cloud Engineering
- Agile (Scrum or Kanban) - experience in transformation from Waterfall development methodology is a plus
- Call Center Technologies - Genesys, Nuance, Nice is a plus
