Job Description: We are currently looking for a Vice President Consulting to head our consulting practice. This role will work closely with the CEO and will be of critical importance in the future success of Kalzoom Advisors. The role of the Vice President Consulting will be as follows: Practice Development Responsible for formulating strategy and key priorities to scale the Growth advisory practice - Collaborate with the business development team to understand potential clients challenges, develop proposals accordingly and help execute the deal - Collaborate with the Business Head to develop the formal practice offerings - Develop practice-specific IP, industry reports - Provide firm visibility at industry events Assignment Execution - Responsible for the delivery of the Consulting project - Planning the execution framework including identifying milestones - Leading the team of lead consultants and research team assigned to the project to ensure the deliverables are met - Interpret findings of surveys, analyses and research to develop the business strategy for the client - Making strategy and solution recommendations and implementing agreed solutions - Leveraging and managing alliances/partnerships to offer enhanced value to the client. - Getting management buy-in for the proposed business strategy Revenue Management - Serving as a dedicated strategic partner to client(s) with overall responsibility for client relationship, account vision/planning, revenue growth and account profitability. - Building strategic relationships with client teams to further penetrate existing clients and develop new business based on credible relationships with top executives.
