Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identification and mitigation of compliance risks

- Implementation of regulatory directions in line with applicable norms and sufficient testing testing and reporting of results

- Ensuring the timely implementation of applicable regulatory Circular norms, Compliance Policy mandates, preparation of MIS and other reports

- Advisory function towards management and other departments

- Implementing and enforcement of policies, processes and procedures in line with regulatory and internal compliance requirements in a timely manner

- Follow up and closure of Regulatory/Supervisory and internal audit findings within defined timelines

- working towards reduction of compliance risk incidents and ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best industry practice
