- Design and oversee implementation of Compliance policies for India staff and ensure appropriate procedures are established for the governance framework. - Enhance the existing compliance policy framework including staff dealing rules, confidentiality and Chinese walls monitoring, conflict management for staff.&nbsp; - Working closely with and regional management on enhancing the conduct and culture&nbsp; - Building and delivering necessary Compliance training programs for staff&nbsp; - Continuously enhance management reporting and escalation mechanism and framework&nbsp; - Provide necessary compliance support in coordination with regional compliance for process migration into for compliance as well as other divisions in - - Design controls in liaison with operational risk teams wherever appropriate to enhance compliance and framework and prevent recurrence of breaches - - Closely interact with senior management, divisional and regional teams to provide appropriate compliance support to business units. - - Identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to create efficiencies including systems enhancements, including important firm wide Fintech initiatives.&nbsp; - Regular front to back reviews of Core Compliance activities to enhance controls and ensure the framework meets the continuously evolving regulatory requirements.&nbsp; - Manage a team of about four members responsible for Core Compliance activities. - Experience in Compliance, Trade Surveillance, Employee Compliance, Personal Account dealing etc.
