- Advisory on related transactions and provide guidance from IFSCA / RBI regulations perspective

- Advisory on Trade/FEMA related transactions

- Overall monitoring regarding of GTS Operations for regulatory compliance

- Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary

- Experience in Trade/FEMA compliances

- Experience in IFSCA compliances

Total experience of more than 10 years

Out of which more than 5 years of experience in Trade/FEMA compliance and IBU (IFSCA) related compliance
