Vice President - Compensation & Benefits/Rewards & Performance Lead - BFS/BPO/Manufacturing (10-18 yrs)
Designation : Vice President : C&B / Performance and Rewards
Reporting to : Head : C&B
Location : Hyderabad or Mumbai
Experience - 10 + years of experience in comp & ben activities.
Qualification : MBA (Full Time) ;( Premium Institute; Tier 1 /2 only)
Role & Responsibility :
- Take end-to-end responsibility of Performance and Reward, including relationship management, understanding of regulatory landscape, market practices, cultural nuances and challenges across India and other location.
- Lead core C&B activities - Pricing, Job Evaluation, Performance Management, Deferred Compensation etc. Market mapping etc
- Design commercial compliant and business-relevant policies and programs for the relevant business, aligned to the overall strategy and policies (adhering to the relevant governance structure)
- Support the development of region or business line compensation structures and incentive plans and manage local benefits framework and policies .
- Manage and coordinate with all stakeholders : Generalist teams, Specialist teams, HR Service Delivery and Business Support to enable the delivery
- Develop appropriate communication programs, with Business Support and Internal Communications, supporting local/relevant change programs to realise improved business performance.
Education and Experience :
- Relevant academic/professional qualification preferably in HR from a pedigree institution
- Post qualification experience of 10+ years in Rewards or HR Consulting
- Good understanding of industry, business and commercial dynamics in related industries
- Proven functional skills preferably in financial services and global organizations
- Relationship management competency
- Ability to work remotely with stakeholders - both internal and external
- Extensive knowledge of legal and regulatory environment
- Highly developed presentation skills and high level of numerical and analytical skills
