Vice President - Compensation & Benefits - NBFC (10-15 yrs)

Incumbent will be responsible for ensuring all of SBIC reward programs, including Benefits, Compensation, R&R are competitive, sustainable, scalable, and have an impact on the long and short term performance of the organization.

- Develop and drive implementation for an equitable and competitive compensation policy, which is supportive of business objectives

- Collaborate closely with the HR business partners, Functional Heads, Staffing COE to facilitate attraction, motivation and retention of talent through competitive compensation and benefits design and administration

- Advice, assist and counsel Human Resources Managers, at all levels, on individual salary management and on compensation related topics. Ensure Compensation & Benefits training programs are delivered to all HRMs

- Lead annual compensation processes for salary planning, market analysis and Variable incentive pay out for the organization

- Maintain overall framework for in salary fitment across grades, levels and roles

- Formulate the key assumptions to be used to develop budget of C&B costs, through the analysis of market trends and economic indicators

- Manage and drive competitive benchmarking to ensure external and internal compensation parity

- Ensuring effective governance, service providers reviews, audit support from time to time

- Monitor retiral administration and compliance to various laws pertaining to wages and retiral benefits

- Extend support on statutory audits and drive C&B linked audits

- Lead the formulation of reward recognition and benefits strategies aligned to SBIC business needs and develop and manage related policy and procedures and Systems

- Oversee the design and administration of Benefit programs including insurance, employee health and wellness, car benefits, house lease etc. and market analysis with a focus on continuous improvement

- Oversee the management of vendor relationships, regulatory bodies and other related stakeholders for buy in and commitment

- Headcount & C&B Planning/Modelling based on Headcount Plans received from HRM- s/functions

- Design and implement a robust Budgeting Model and constantly driving cost benefit analysis, studying financial requests and also researching on alternative and reasonable funding methods for the organization

- Manage all areas related to HR Analytics and supervise preparation of reports such as compensation trending & forecast, R&R penetration, HR Cost utilization and provisioning around data and ensure they are shared with relevant practice/business leaders

- Owner of all HR Policy

- To work in close partnership and influence with SBIC senior management, technical experts as well as other stakeholders, where applicable, to create buy-in and assistance in building and launching C&B reforms such as implementing revised bands and grades at SBIC
