- Role Purpose - Performance & Rewards (P&R):

As an expert in this specialist field, The incumbent will research best practice and keep abreast of legislative and market change to provide direction and expert advice to HR and the business in relation to the P&R specialist field.

The role spans across Global Service Centers (GSCs) and Tech Centers (TCs) and covers the dual accountability of P&R relationship management and leading functional work-streams.

- Role Responsibilities:

- Take end-to-end responsibility of Performance and Reward, including relationship management for GSCs and TCs across India and Egypt - spanning a diverse set of regulatory landscape, market practices and cultural nuances and challenges. The total combined HC for GSC/TC is currently in excess of 35,000 employees spread across 2 countries and 3 legal entities.

- Education & Experience:

- Relevant academic/professional qualification preferably in HR from a pedigree institution

- Post qualification experience in Rewards or HR Consulting

- Good understanding of industry, business and commercial dynamics in related industries

- Proven functional skills preferably in financial services and global organizations

- Relationship management competency

- Ability to work remotely with stakeholders - both internal and external

- Proven track record of successful implementation of complex specialist initiatives

- Extensive knowledge of legal and regulatory environment

- Highly developed presentation skills and high level of numerical and analytical skills
