A Leading and upcoming MNC / Fintech - looking for VP Collection
Main Deliverables:
- Person would lead, set complete systems & processes for Collection for the organisation.
- Managing resolution rate for flows and recoveries Pan India
- Should drive high-quality customer experience in collections and manage escalations
- Experience of Pan India role, managing all ticket sizes/ bucket sizes
- Taking effective measures to reduce NPA
- Continuously driving performance enhancements and operational excellence to ensure that processes are efficient and effective
- Identifying and recommending actions to resolve risks and issues
Desired Profile:
A PG/ MBA with 14 years + experience in BFSI/ Fintech Collection in a lead role.
- Thorough knowledge of laws, industry best practices.
- Someone with strong communication, interpersonal, public speaking, and leadership skills.
- An innovative and motivational mentality.
- Excellent management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
