Purpose of the Role :

1. Drive innovation and change in Collections

2. Develop strategies for digitizing the Collection ecosystem

3. Push the boundaries by bringing in new ideas that will take the Digital Collections capabilities to the next level

4. Identify and independently forge Strategic alliances with external partners on Collections Transformation Projects which will involve carrying out Diagnostic studies, Design solutions, End to End Digital interventions, Cost reduction etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and lead the Collections transformation journey by implementing the use of digital technology and bring in best practices

2. Identify, evaluate and engage with Fintech partners to bring in the latest technologies

3. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand 'As-is' processes, operating structure, current systems and technology and determine process / operating constraints and identify opportunities for improvement

4. Lead requirement workshops, elicit requirements along with process owners, stakeholders in line with the 'To - Be' Goal / Design by following all steps in the Project Life cycle (BRD preparation till production deployment)

5. Manage stakeholders' expectations and project timelines

6. Facilitate requirement documentation, knowledge transfer of requirements to technology teams, vendors

7. Play critical role in facilitating the adoption and increase usage of the Digital Collections initiatives
