Our client is the world's leading Corporate investment banking company looking for a VP - Colleague Programmes Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Leading on colleague engagement in India - building understanding, buy-in and participation across the breadth of the CSR agenda. - Partnering with the business to meaningfully engage the country's colleagues - impacting colleague engagement, pride, and motivation more broadly. - Responsible for designing, developing, and leading a scalable India-wide approach to drive participation among all colleagues and developing innovative skills-based CSR participation opportunities. - Design develops and lead implementation of a scalable India-wide strategy to drive participation, advocacy and talent development among India leaders and colleagues across the CSR agenda. - Develop innovative, aligned CSR participation opportunities, including skills-based volunteering propositions, that maximize social and business impact. - Deliver the skills-based volunteering opportunities that align to flagship CSR programs. - Deliver engagement plan with targeted groups of colleagues, including leaders, ambassadors, and scale colleague population. To be eligible for this role you will require: - Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. - Extensive experience within financial services organization working in Citizenship/Community Investment/CSR - Demonstrable experience in Community Investment or Citizenship in a global organization.
