Vice President - Client Services Group - IT Services (14-18 yrs)
Vice President - Client Services for an IT services company focused on healthcare based in Bangalore.
- 14+ years experience in client services in an IT services org.
- Responsible for CRM, Revenue/P&L of strategic portfolio of clients, Client Satisfaction and win-win engagement models Healthcare domain/IT background.
- Responsible for leading the response to Techno Commercial Proposals (RFPs).
- Build POC through help of technology, domain, process SMEs
- Ensure great working relationships with Account Management, Sales & Marketing, and Practice Management and Support teams and ensure all stakeholders are collaborative and supportive.
- Help in planning Client Visits etc. with Account Management
- Must have led / been involved in large enterprise wide proposal responses.
- Capability to defend proposal on solutions with internal Senior stakeholders and with customers.
