Vice President - Claims - Health Insurance (10-15 yrs)
We are hiring for VP - Claims for a leading health insurance company. The job holder will be responsible for managing a large team and should be aware of all facets for claims management. He/she should be MBBS with 10-15yrs experience in health claims operations management with a leading insurance company.
Job description:
1. To spearhead and the claims function.
2. Team management
3. Ensure delivery on Customers commitments, adherence of SLA & Policy T & C
4. Monitor productivity
5. Development of processes related to claims processing
Candidate specification:
- Should have 10 - 15yrs experience
- Experience of health insurance claims management inclusive of claims processing
- Excellent medical knowledge, updated with latest medical advancements
- Strong people management skills
