- P&amp; L Management: Be the CEO of the city with complete accountability of the P&amp;L and entire sales, procurement and operations of the city - Team management: Lead and motivate a team of 100+ individuals across different levels to achieve the business goals and establish a consumer-centric culture - Identify hyper local initiatives and projects, plan and execute locally relevant partnerships and deals for ramping up city operations Candidate Profile - Strong problem solving with a right balance of creativity and analytics - Hunger to learn &amp; willingness to pursue dreams beyond rational - Strong people management skills - Data driven &amp; detail-oriented - A self-starter: capability of taking initiatives and working with minimal direction under remote leadership - Ability to get things done through perseverance in ambiguous &amp; constrained environment - Food/Agri industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
