CIO/ VP IT

- The role is to ensure inspirational and values-driven leadership and management of the technology, digital, IT and cyber function to ensure: - Technology and digital supports the drive to modernise

- Delivery of a fit for purpose IT service responsive to user needs - Digital and IT skills are developed and maintained across all users - Has an integrated cyber strategy across systems, data, and users - Continuous improvement and value for money in decisions supporting

- The role will be based in Gurgaon leading the IT function for the company The role will have to lead the functionalities for business entities in India, Kenya, East Africa, Dubai & Singapore

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead development of 's digital strategy in support of the overall strategic aims to drive benefit through use of available systems and technology.

- Lead the development and execution of 's Cyber Strategy aligned and compliant with good industry practice, ensuring cyber risks are identified, mitigated and governed.

- Lead the development of core applications supporting the business continuity

- Establishes , Paperless and filmless framework for Hospital Backend and ensures architectural backend to support the patient centric applications/ platform and services

- Strategizes the security Framework for the business and supporting entities

- Understands the As-is Enterprise Infrastructural Architecture and proposes way forward

- Guide and mentor the board / EXCOM on technological changes - Digital / Risk / Cyber security/ Cloud etc.

- Makes a Scalable, sustainable, and serviceable IT backend for the Business

- Formulates IT budget in sync with agreed IT strategy

- Review current and Onboard Technology Support Partners [ if needed

- Leading a multi business and multi-location IT function with minimum of 22 to 25 years of experience

- 8 to 10 years of experience in Heading the Divisional IT function or as CTO

- BTech from premier Institutes, MBA [ Preferred] - Experience in ERP implementation is must [ Oracle, SAP, Navision etc] - Exposure to cross functional IT automation - HR / Sales / Inventory / Document Management / Knowledge Management -
