Vice President/Chief Information Officer - FMCG

Our client is a large FMCG organization based in Delhi. They are growing rapidly and to augment their growth they are looking to hire a young dynamic IT Leader who will be the Head of IT and Digital Transformation for the organization.

The incumbent will be part of the strategy team and will:

- Head the IT and the Digital journey for the org

- Be Responsible for creating & driving new age Digital Road Map for the business units

- Work closely with leadership to drive a program of innovation and digital transformation with a focus on creating real business-value

- Design & Implement solutions around B2B, B2C, e-commerce, social commerce, distribution/SCM and other emerging areas

- Be able to map use of new age tools like AI, ML, Bots etc for improving business outcomes

- Conduct organization impact analysis and enterprise redesign strategies

- Develop a Change Management Plan to drive faster adoption and higher utilization of process/system changes

To qualify for these positions you should Have all of below:

- BE / BTech / MCA

- 15+ years of experience of which 5+ years in Heading IT / CIO in a mid to large sized organization

- Have experience in leading Digitilization and Digital Transformation programs

- Have worked on consumer facing apps & solutions around e-commerce, Sales, Distribution, SCM etc

- Have experience in B2C, e-commerce, FMCG, Start-ups, FinTech, FoodTech, EdTech or similar

- Have excellent experience on creating effective cutting-edge technology solutions for business problems

- Be a strategic thinker who can manage competing priorities and stakeholders

- Have excellent communication, articulation skills

- Be from Delhi or willing to relocate
