Vice President - Change - Transformation & Automation - Financial Firm

We are currently looking for a Vice President Change - Transformation & Automation for one of the leading financial firms at Gurgaon.

Responsible to deliver for the Transformation and Automation within Finance

- Identify and implement improvement opportunities and efficiencies within finance functions

- Evaluate best fit tools, technology and methods in close partnership with functions and technology

- Implement optimal process and automation design to deliver efficiencies

- Identify, manage and deliver the transformation projects through cross functional team engagement

- Anticipates required training and knowledge upgrade opportunities for the organisation

- Minimum 12-15 years of post-qualification relevant industry experience

- University Degree or Master Degree in any discipline

- Experience with finance transformation and change delivery.

- Certification on project management and process re-engineering methodology e.g. MBB

- Experience of working in an International environment will be an added advantage.
