They are an esteemed brand within the global banking industry and always strive to recruit the best talent in the industry. With the current expansion in their global operations, they are looking for a seasoned change management professional for their setup in Delhi NCR.

Description

- The individual will be a part of the Transformation and Change team which is responsible for managing strategic initiatives, centralized business performance management functions, and for providing oversight for all large-scale transformation projects

- Championing Change: Promote change and display personal resilience and ability to lead through change. Create a shared vision building joint ownership and commitment to drive and succeed through the same

- Take initiatives and challenge existing processes and procedures in a proactive manner

- Managing regulatory compliance and implementation of control framework initiatives

- Manage projects which are part of strategic programs. Simplify and Improve efforts and the global change portfolio

- Regular interaction with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior management in Operations and Technology globally

- Create and manage a strong pipeline of technology requirements from various operations team, analyze suitable strategic and tactical solutions, help in prioritizing and development of those systems through testing and ensure optimal deployment by working closely with respective technology and operations teams

- Identify opportunities to re-engineer, reinvent and add value to the business by translating strategies into definite actions with transparent accountability

- Review the footprint of the technology from Operations perspective and work towards expanding the scope of work

- Ensure that change management remains consistent and compliant with global policies and management standards

- Ensure appropriate control and governance is maintained across all teams

- Establish and monitor dashboards to perform review of execution and improvement ideas

- People: Maximize the potential within Operations to identify change agents and align talent needs to meet and exceed business goals

- Keep a tab on upcoming industry developments to identify and mitigate any upcoming issues / risks

Profile - 

- A qualified Operations Professional with professional degree like CA / MBA from a reputed institute with a proven track record of building solutions with cross functional teams and experience of managing large tech roll-outs

- 15+ years of transformation/change experience within Banking and Financial Services with extensive knowledge of Banking products and processes

- Ability to interface across various levels within Middle Office, Front Office, Technology, Operations and Finance

- Self-starter, able to establish relationships and transcend multiple cross-functional/divisional boundaries, largely unaided

- Strong people management skills, including the ability to resolve people issues and motivate the team to deliver

- Proven ability to apply strategic thinking to multiple, complex organizational and business issues, and has ability to translate into practical plans for project execution

- Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills
