Primary Responsibilities for the Role would include but are not limited to the below:

- Build and maintain strong governance of the process including ensuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness in line with the SLAs defined

- Managing risk proactively for the function - ability to identify and plug gaps

- Reporting point for key business partners, internal and external clients

- Communication with Front Office and Trading Personnel is a fundamental part of the role.

- High level of integrity and dedication to working in a changing and challenging environment.

- Ability to hold ground during critical situations and make quick rational decisions

- Partner with tech to find and drive strategic solutions forward

- Proactively seek opportunities to improve efficiencies and cut cost base of the function

- Motivate, engage and retain talent managing a team of 30+

- Complete adherence to all policies of the firm by self and the team

- A proactive approach is expected that will challenge processes whilst working with the business providing a quality customer service every day. This will involve daily contact with both trading desk and external customers. Candidates for this role should express a desire to work in a challenging team environment and possess an understanding on either of Equities, Fixed Income, Stock Loan and Prime Brokerage, FX, OTC, Money markets settlement and Asset Servicing.

- Excellent attention to detail, pro-activeness, excellent communication skills, risk/control-focused approach, and positive attitude. It's critical for the candidate to be autonomous and handle challenging situations on own and work closely with the other team members to ensure the highest quality results for our clients.

- Effective problem solving and analytical skills and have good leadership skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, complete/review checklists and procedures whilst working to strict deadlines is an essential requirement.

- Complete understanding of the global outsourcing policy and adherence to the policy.

- Self-motivated individual that can work on own initiative and deliver on time whilst also being a strong collaborator.
