Job Description:
Daily management and oversight of functions performed
Delivering cost per trade savings
Maintaining a green control environment
Building capacity for volume

Budgetary planning and reporting

Managing Relationships
Typically has supervisory responsibility for staff and/or function within a department Creates strategic business partnerships and leverages these to negotiate innovative and cost effective client solutions
Actively encourages managers and staff to participate in structured development activities, both on the job and in the classroom, to enable adaptation of behavior and thinking to the changing business environment
Establishes strategic resource plans to ensure the organization has a highly capable and diverse talent base to meet current and future business needs

Minimum of 10-20 years of overall experience in large bank, with a minimum of 5 years in relevant domain.
