Vice President - Cards & Payments Operations Team

Our client is an international financial services provider, actively seeking an experienced individual to be part of their cards and payments operations team

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Being a site lead for Chennai, manage a team more than 100 - 300 FTEs

- Being responsible for merchant services operations

- Supervise and support staff across Voice & Non voice clusters while managing multiple stakeholders.

- P&L management along with transitions from various locations

- Managing processes and controls

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Existing VP or equivalent in current role

- Hands on experience on cards and payments global operations

- Understanding of merchant dealing lifecycle
