Responsibilities:


- Onboard new lenders and manage relationships with existing ones.

- Responsible for origination, due diligence, negotiation, execution, and monitoring of new investments and portfolio management.

- Manage the cost of fund targets based on the AOP agreed with the management.

- Setup/optimize internal processes for lender reporting, deal structuring, compliance, and lender management.

- Working closely with external stakeholders like rating agencies, law firms, trustees, etc. to ensure timely execution of transactions.

- Periodic reporting to internal stakeholders regarding progress and achievement of AOPs.

- Develop a deep understanding of unsecured retail credit, peer lenders, and debt capital markets and implement it for building efficient liability franchises for the company.

- Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to independently handle a portfolio of clients and funders to drive revenue growth in line with the business strategy.

- Monitoring & tracking financial performance, borrowers' business model/future strategy, security cover, industry developments, and impact of macro-economic events on the overall market for the portfolio of covered client set across industries.

- Analyzing financial statements and covenants in order to understand optimal leverage.

- Assist with structuring of debt transactions in terms of instrument, pricing, tenor, currency, and target investors based on comparable transactions and existing market conditions with the ultimate goal of balancing clients' needs with the lender and investor requirements.

Qualification & Experience Required:

- Minimum 7 to 8 yrs of work experience in debt capital markets. Experience in originating/placing structured transactions will be preferred. & with 1-2 yrs of experience in a leadership role.

- Ideally mix of NBFC, Banks, and Fintech experience.

- Should be from a retail lending sector in the digital fintech space.

- Relevant experience in dealing with senior officials in debt capital markets.

- Understanding & in-depth knowledge of debt markets, credit portfolio & policy; strong in communications, follow-ups and execution.

- CA/CFA or MBA from top-tier institutions and premium college pedigree highly preferred.

- Highly Innovative problem solver, possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational & project planning skills and demonstrating ability to meet deadlines.

- Good networking skills.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to guide and coach across levels in the line team.

- Excellent skills to analyze available business opportunities
