Job Role - The incumbent would be a part of the Senior Leadership team of the leading Investment Bank based at Gurgaon. This is a Strategic role that entails driving / setting the Campus Recruitment division across pan India.

The key role would be to analyse and develop the Campus Hiring Strategies, partner with the businesses for delivery of top quality hires, design and implement employer branding strategies & programs and manage University Relations. The role would also entail Stakeholder engagement with CHRO, MD's and other HOD's levels.

We are looking for someone with:

- 10+ years experience in Campus Recruitment (device, execute and implement Strategies)

- Manage University Relations with Top Engineering colleges - Mandatory.

- Exposure to designing and running campus programs.

- Developing Employer Branding programs.

- Stakeholder Management and Leadership skills.

- Experience in matrix reporting.

- Maturity, high on energy and hands on person.

- Ability to partner with businesses to meet hiring plans.
