The client is a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) registered with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as ND-SI (Non-Deposit taking systemically important) and is listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Lending Business :

The company lends primarily to three sectors :

1. Real Estate Lending :

The client provides short to medium term loans to real estate developers at different stages of project implementation including the project approval stage funding or as a last mile funding

2. SME and Retail Lending :

The client provides financial solutions for micro, small and medium entity/s by providing short to medium term loans for acquiring capital assets like machinery /equipment, Loan against property, Loan against Property Rentals, etc.

3. Affordable Housing Finance :

The company has has an aggressive Affordable Housing finance business and is progressively venturing into tier 2/3/4 towns.

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Excellence :

- Preparing monthly business review with the Board; preparation of monthly review presentation.

- Heads Annual Business Plan & Long-Term Business Plan - financial modelling & scenario analysis

- Planning and implementation of High Impact Areas of business as per business plan and track progress

- Effective analysis of business performance with annual business plan and share variance analysis.

- Market intelligence and benchmark analysis - sales, market share and financial

- Insightful analysis of business and financial performance including trend analysis

- Involved in pricing decision making process

- Competition mapping and analysis

- Focusing on unique business models by leveraging on operating models to increase income

- Leading Strategic Initiative team to develop and implement the growth strategy & action plans with a long term & short term perspectives by managing key stakeholder relationships across the business value chain

2. Analytical Excellence :

- Data science/Business intelligence : Insightful data analytics to help senior management take informed business decision with respect to different parameters of the business like new business, redemption, market share, drill down on existing business and its parameters.

- Preparing monthly report for business performance and yield analysis

- Various thematic studies for business intelligence

3. Financial Excellence :

- Financial management & P&L Control with respect to revenue & costs - distribution & operating costs

- Preparation of Predictive P&L before month closing to understand profitability for the month

- Detailed analysis of monthly P&L and sharing key highlights with senior management

- Monthly business Revenue Yield Analysis along with variance analysis

- Scenario based Financial & pricing model of new business lines
