MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Functional responsibilities and Key Job Activities. 

1. Direct the formulation of IT strategy to achieve the most efficient and effective systems that support the objectives of the business

- Provide strategic planning and management for IT infrastructure reliability efficiency and effectiveness

- Drive customer responsiveness strategy and model to ensure the quality of service according to Service Level Agreement (SLA)

- Ensure the establishment, control and manage all company IT infra architecture and landscape

2. Supervise the seamless integration of information from all functions in a common format for controlling purpose.

3. Identify and negotiate with providers of hardware, software, and services to achieve the most competitive edge. Liaise with the Procurement function to ensure competitive rates are negotiated.

4. Ensure the integrity of database through continuous attention to security, back up, recovery and immunity system.

5. Responsible for the overall IT budget and ensure the department utilizes funds in the most effective manner so that expenses are controlled irrespective of CAPEX/ OPEX.

6. Drive customer satisfaction through timely and quality IT delivery.

7. Ensure application configuration management and build management.

8. Lead, motivate and develop divisional staff

- Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields with at least 6-8 years in management position

- Proven track record, profit focused, upto date with technological trends, excellent interpersonal skills, customer service oriented, solution oriented, adaptable and change agent
