- We are looking for someone who can lead the entire Payouts Vertical for the company. This is a leadership role who would be leading the complete vertical both from the supply side as well as the demand side i.e. Banks Payouts from ICICI, Yes bank, Cashfree etc and on another side B2B Clients.
- This role is primarily a Business-Product person role and not a pure sales role.
- Someone who has worked in the Fintech industry and understands the market of Payouts is highly preferred.
- Someone who shall understand and solve the complexities around Corporate Payouts from a Merchant, Fintech and Bank POV etc.
- Working closely with tech, product, legal, compliance, and onboarding teams to ensure cadence with business priorities.
- Developing product sales expertise for regulated use cases.
Bundling of payment APIs to create a lucrative 'Banking as a Service' offering for key segments like fintech and neobanks.
- This person should a people person as well, who can recruit, manage and lead the team with strong & clear communication.
