Vice President - Business Development & Strategic Alliance - FinTech/eCommerce (10-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Leading Business Development and Strategic Alliances to lead our partnerships and alliances strategy.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and strategic alliances strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners and alliances that can help drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Build relationships with potential partners, key industry players, and decision-makers to create business opportunities and expand the network.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts that align with the business goals and objectives while mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful execution of partnerships and alliances.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform partnership and alliance strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and manage the business development and strategic alliances budget.
- Ensure prompt resolution of client complaints.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
Experience :
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or a related field, with a focus on the fintech/ Startup and web and e-commerce market.
- A deep understanding of B2B Sales and Marketing
- Proven track record of developing successful partnerships and alliances that have driven revenue growth and market share.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Experience with B2B sales and marketing, including lead generation, account management, and customer retention.
- Strategic thinker with ability to analyze market trends & customer feedback to enable business decisions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- MBA from A Tier II Institue mandatory.
