This is role is for a German Group in CRM and BPO solutions
VP Solutions is responsible to establish, sustain and grow overall value proposition and will drive go-to-market strategy .He/She will serve as a key member of the Business Development team in helping to drive overall market and technical strategy. With 10-15 years of experience and specific background in running Presales /Solutions /Product Strategy in CRM / Analytics Product or Solution companies would be an apt fit.
Responsibilities :
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companys business goals
- Design, grow, and manage the presales and solutions teams
- Drive go-to-market strategy. Have the mandate to establish, sustain and grow market position in the Customer Experience domain.
- Understand the business and technical requirements of our enterprise customers and work closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of our solution offerings.
- Defining packaged offerings combining Services, solution and products for our target market. Establishing off-shore based delivery competency (people, tools and processes) for packaged services and ensure SLAs driven service deliver.
- Provide leadership to the sales and marketing team, and counsel to the executive team, in implementing the sales objectives that reflect business goals
- Play a significant role in building key strategic distribution channels
- Manage sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team
- Manage the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
- A high degree of customer orientation, business solution design capability and commercial thinking is key for winning in this role.
- Work closely with operations to keep in check the clients' needs and have a proactive participation in the detection of technical opportunities to make the business grow to offer improvements in our solutions to the client.
