Job Description

Associate would require effective management of RSA and Business Support for GDCE BCMR. Proficient handing of data and drive pragmatic transformation.

Responsibilities

- Managing financial forecast for Travel, Rewards and team expenses

- Drive Internal Processes of Risk Scorecard, while ensuring standardization

- RSA tool management and liaisoning with TAMS teams

- Create and help in preparing executive management presentations

- Working with BCMR Engagement leads on horizontal assessments, which are ready for SLT review and decision

- Develops partnerships with team members and cross-functional peers and is will to do what is necessary to get work done for the good of the team

- Process improvement and efficiencies

- Willing to get cross-trained for other Governance and reporting process & contribute as required

- Manage and update SharePoint and enhance its capabilities

- Automate and streamline the reporting workflow and database management
