Vice President - Business Analyst - Credit Risk Domain

We are hiring a Vice President for our Investment Banking client in Pune.

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a business analyst to join our high-profile and successful team building the strategic credit risk systems for global business processes across Credit Risk - Private Banking

As a senior member in the team you will be responsible for

- Driving requirements analysis across multiple programs in the department of Private Banking and Platform IT Technology Division.

- Collaborating within a project team to deliver technology solutions for solving business problems.

- Managing requirements backlog, prioritization, estimations and planning as well as User Acceptance Testing and supporting business adoption.

You Offer :

- Strong educational background with (preferably) a degree in MBA/PGDBM/B.Tech. Relevant certification like CFA, FRM or CBAP would be an advantage.

- More than 10 years of relevant business analysis experience within banking and financial services, preferably in Credit Risk or Private Banking or wealth management area

- Proficient in Credit risk monitoring, Credit risk reporting, Loan origination systems and visualization of required data elements for various private banking business partners like Credit Specialists, RMs etc.

- Proficiency in various audit and compliance reporting for private banking, like MICOS, FINMA etc is desirable.

- Effective partner management skills, experience in facing senior business partners, and ability to engage with functional specialists from other departments of the banks.

- Deep domain and system knowledge to turn customer needs into business requirements and workable technology outcomes.

- Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills.

- Outstanding hand in writing functional specifications and user stories with the usage of share point, Confluence, Visio etc.

- SQL experience in data analysis and working knowledge on Agile process and Kanban

- Working knowledge of UI prototyping tools, with a strong sense of user experience and user journey for any application design is desirable.

- Experience of independently handling end to end delivery of complex projects.

- Self-motivated and proven ability to work with minimal direct supervision.

- Effective time management - able to work under-pressure and meet deadlines for both project related and non-project related tasks.

- A desire to continuously learn new techniques/ technologies and bring innovative ideas into the team.
