Vice President - Branding - Life Insurance

Company- A leading Life Insurance Company

Designation- Vice President- Branding

Location- Pune

The role will be instrumental in developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for the brand. These initiatives and activities include campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), events, corporate responsibility programs, and sponsorships.

Scope of work-

- Create Annual the annual brand marketing plan and executive within agreed timeline and budget

- Hands on experience in delivering product launch and synergistic ATL/BTL activities for ensuring maximum brand visibility.

- Lead Brand and Market research

- Overseeing the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers

- Lead creative excellence for all marketing communications materials to support product launch

- Working closely with in-house marketing and communications people, as well as legal and compliance staff and numerous creative agencies

- Represent the company at all creative meetings, including photo and film shoots

Skillset/ Education:

- 15-20 years of experience in organization branding with strong project management and project execution/delivery experience

- Experience and knowledge of leading a team, including the natural ability to motivate, coach & mentor members to maximize results

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
