Vice President - Branch Operations & New Business - Life Insurance Firm (15-20 yrs)
Our Client is one of the leading life insurance companies in India. Established a decade ago, our client is a joint venture between one of India's leading and diversified financial services organization with one of the oldest and biggest insurance companies across the globe.
Designation: Vice President - Operations
(Manage Branch Operations (presence across 121 offices) and Central Operations)
Immediate Manager: Head of Business Operations
Location: Mumbai
Team Size: DR Span ( 6-8) ; Total Team Strength 200 plus
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management : Ensure smooth administration of new business and service requests
2. Achieve KPIs w.r.t. TAT ; Efficiency ; Customer NPS at every stage
3. Collaborate and provide solutions to Sales & Distribution partners
4. Visit Customers and Partners to understand feedback and drive improvement
5. Manage Audit and adhere to regulatory norms
6. People management and motivate people to achieve organisational goals.
Requirements
1. Preferred candidate should have similar experience working with a Life Insurance company currently or in the past.
2. Should have minimum 15+ years of team handling experience with proven skills in monitoring and motivating large cross functional teams to get the desired outputs from them
3. Should be High on initiative, self-motivated, quick decision-making and implementation skills along with granular approach to things to find out and tweak processes for better out
4. Should have Hands on / Solution driven approach
5. Good communication and presentation skills with hands on skills of MS Office
