Vice President - Banking - Education - IT/ITeS

One of our prestigious clients, one of the largest players in the IT/ITES space, is currently having a senior level requirement, in one of their divisions, which is into talent management.

This division, trains young graduates/post graduates in the banking/other spaces such as IT/ITES etc, with curriculum/course, designed in conjunction with the banks/and other participating concerns. This ensures the candidate undergoing such training, a guaranteed employment in the sponsoring bank/ other institutions, on clearance of test etc, at the end of the learning period.

Our client is looking for a person with experience in banking, and/or candidates with similar experience in other companies operating in the same space.

The ideal candidate would have about 12 to 18 years of work experience, and if from a bank, would have joined the bank as a probationary office, and would have moved around the back in various sections. He could also be from other competing companies with P&L responsibilities.

The Job role would involve:

- Business Development

- Building Curriculum

- Campus Networking

- P&L responsibility, etc.

The position would be based out of Chennai.

The compensation offered for this position would be attractive and in the range of 35 to 45 lakhs p.a.

The candidate would most likely, be designated as "Vice President".
