Vice President - Bancassurance

- To drive Sales for Banca channel in the area, and achieve sales plan in terms of Annualized Premium, and maintain desired persistency levels

- To implement the Bancasurrance sales plan in the area to meet the Revenue targets, Cost Efficiency Advisor activation and desired level of Persistency

- Manage Sales processes and productivity in the Area, including monitoring of Work ways

- Ensure adequate manning and retention of employees in the area in order to achieve the sales objectives

Desired Profile:

- Candidates with 12+ years of experience in handling banca channel sales.

- Experience in handling Sales and large teams, with multiple branches, handling sales for western region will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of Life Insurance Industry is a must.
