Vice President - B2C Sales & Growth Hacker - FMCG/FMCD/Retail - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (8-14 yrs)
- Identify effective B2C Sales strategies and own the execution
- Own the growth KPI and to be able to grow the start up to 10X. Be the key owner for growth
- Be able to work in ambiguous circumstances to define a clear growth path for B2C segment
- Be able to build the team quickly across multiple locations in India
- Work closely with on the ground teams
- Collaborate with Technology, Data analytics and product teams for product integration.
- Consistently work on newer strategic initiatives to ensure the key matrices grow in line with business plan numbers.
- Continuously innovate to provide foundation for continuous growth of B2C channels.
- Should be looking for long term growth prospect in the company
- Should have worked in Leadership roles at a growth start-up in B2C space
- Scaled up to 5Mn+ Users and atleast 500K+ Txns per day
Tier-1 B Schools is preferable
- B2C Sales Channels and Strategies expertise
- Experience in Hyperlocal Sales and Operations
- Have proven track record of growing to 20X size.
- Understanding of data analysis, product management and digital marketing is expected.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
