- To be responsible for Market development and increased sales activities at Pan India level, closely monitoring Auto OEM's businesses to ensure overall profitability. - Responsible for New business acquisition, responding to RFQ & its management - Responsible for negotiating the price and rate contracts with OEM customers and to get price revisions in case situations demands. - Responsible for techno-commercial proposals, negotiations and finalization of new business with OEMs. - Responsible for commercial closure of the business by ensuring profit margins are met without compromising of customer requirements. - Responsible for overall Client management prices by adhering to customer Schedule / time lines, on time delivery, PO release and Payment follow-up. - Handling customer queries by coordinating with internal teams and handling escalations. - Responsible for Deliver RFQ, feasibility document, Techno commercial proposals to Customers, KPI, BOM, Profitability, SOP for New projects as well as existing projects. - Ensuring APQP Documentation, monitor & guide Program Managers, Design team and CFT team Members to achieve and submit the related documents whenever customer required. Qualification : BE / B Tech (Mechanical/ Production/Automobile) + MBA (Marketing) Experience : 18+ years (Must have dealt with Auto Four wheeler OEMs in India)
