VP/AVP- Talent Acquisition (BFSI/FMCG/Pharma/Retail/BPO)

- To develop the Talent Acquisition strategy and execution roadmap for the Group Company.

- To spearhead the Talent Acquisition initiatives across the Group Company.

- To create an Employer Brand and drive compelling Employee Value Propositions to attract potential talent aligned to future business imperatives.

- To use automation for implementing efficient, scalable, consistent and effective Talent Acquisition processes.

- To build and maintain collaborative relationships with Business Stakeholders and HR Business Partners.

- To define, develop and roll-out Talent Acquisition metrics (qualitative and quantitative) and dashboards.

- Someone who have worked on Green Field Talent Acquisition projects/Bulk recruitment would be preferred.

- Candidates from corporate industry would be preferred.
