Job Specification :

- We are seeking for right individuals to fill our need for Policy Manager. If you have familiarity and experience with policy preparation, coupled with the interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of the fastest growing NFBC in India, this is the position for you!

- As a Policy Manager, you are required to prepare and implement policies for secured and unsecured loan. The role holder is expected to provide training to underwriters in terms of new policies provided by him. The individual should have good communication and excellent presentation skills as monthly presentations to senior management have to be given by him about the health of portfolio.

Requisite Qualification :

- CA or MBA (Finance)

- 5 to 7 years of experience in policy making

Job Responsibilities :

- Preparation and implementation of loan policies for secured / unsecured products.

- System integration/enhancements for implementation of policies.

- Training of underwriting units in terms of new policies.

- Monitoring and management of portfolio through monthly portfolio analysis.

- To monitor and track Net Credit Losses (NCL) for the product.

- Monthly presentation to senior management about the health of the portfolio.

- Competition bench marking on regular basis to enhance the product suite.

- To implement the learning from portfolio management as policy actions.
