Profile

1. This is a hunting role, clearly looking for driven individuals who focus on getting things done

2. Individual needs to be self-initiated, capable of working with minimum supervision

3. 5-6 years+ experience in mid-corporate lending or Corporate Sales roles in respective regions

4. Corporate relationship and Sales ownership experience, New Client Acquisition is key Understanding of Corporate/ Commercial/ SME/ Trade Finance is a plus

5. Strong client acquisition profiles from Banks/ NBFCs (Mid-market, Commercial, Trade) or Lending Fintechs

Role & Responsibility

1. As a Coverage RM, individual will drive mid-market sales for employer in the region

2. Building a scalable SCF book as per agreed KRAs

3. Understanding and Marketing Employer's SCF solutions to Corporates and their Supply Chains

4. Ability to engage with a wide set of stakeholders on the Corporate side and identify opportunities

5. Working closely with the internal teams and FI partners to onboard, activate and grow the programs on the Network

6. Review and monitor the pipeline and programs with both internal and external teams
