Vice President/Assistant Vice President - Operational Risk/Enterprise Risk - Bank (10-18 yrs)
We are hiring for a MNC Bank in Mumbai. Our requirements are :
- Excellent communication skills, mature thinking and a team player.
- Ability to influence & convince business and operating managers on Risk & Control requirements.
- Ability to drive digitization & use of technology in risk management.
- To develop/review the Enterprise Risk Management framework /Policies & have the same implemented.
- To review/ develop appropriate Risk Management, Policies/ Processes/Controls with regard to Operational, Risk/Outsourcing/Fraud Risk/Anti Money Laundering/IT/Cyber Security Risks.
- Development of risk architecture from Basel III / IFRS/ IGAAP perspective.
- To put in place & review RCSA & KRIs for various businesses & functions.
- To track KRAs on an ongoing basis, monitor the exceptions & track corrective actions so as to have KRIs within threshold norms.
- To review the key operational processes across businesses & functions & put in place operational risk system including coordinating the functioning of Operational Risk Management Committee of the Bank.
- Ability to drive digitization & use of technology in risk management.
- Risk related regulatory reporting, interaction with regulators, internal/external auditors
