Vice President/Assistant Vice President - Legal - Asset Reconstruction Firm

We are hiring for a VP/AVP - Legal with a Asset Reconstruction company based in Mumbai.

Requirements are :

- Expert into handling litigation matters

- Initiating action under SARFAESI Act, 2002, coordinating action u/s 13(4), handling CMM/DM applications, handling auctions.

- Represent the company before Courts, Tribunals, statutory authorities attend and assist the Advocate for the cases before DRT

- Must be well versed with legal proceedings for SME/Corporate loan recovery

- Excellent in SARFAESI and DRT matters

- Experience of handling recovery of NPA accounts

- Should have worked on auction proceedings
