Vice President/Assistant Vice President - Growth & Digital Marketing - Healthcare

Role:

- Owning the whole digital acquisition piece for toothsi across all channels like Facebook, Instagram, Google and be responsible for cost and performance targets.

- Lead the digital marketing to implement paid and organic marketing strategies and tactics to support growth and acquisition of new customer.

- Determine areas of opportunity, design and execute experiments and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

- Lead & manage all digital campaigns, ensure proper optimization is taking place & monthly targets are met.

- Keep a tap on all the channels like Google, Facebook, Emails, SEO, Content, Message etc. in terms of ROI and scale.

- Collaborate with internal teams for creative, data inputs, etc. to optimize the campaigns.

- Working on presentation/analytics/MIS and weekly/daily updates

- Execution of campaign setups and measuring their performance. Well versed with data tracking tools such as Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics.

Must Have:

- 5 years of performance marketing experience in a fast-paced start-up.

- Passion & hustle to take on & solving big problems

- Willingness roll up your sleeves and execute as opposed to creating strategies

- A knack for data-driven creative conceptualization and production

- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
